I tried that foreshortening stuff in the upper right panel, but it looks kinda weird... dynamic angles are hard. (Also, I should've given that panel a proper background, because it looks like the sofa is floating now... but I ran out of time... "orz)

The boy in the mirror raises the knife over Taku's head, ready to stab him from behind. Serika quickly grabs a trophy standing next to the sofa.

Serika: "Quick! DUCK!!"

The trophy in Serika's hand and the urgency in her voice are more than enough to convince Taku that now is not the time to ask questions. He dodges to the side to get out of the way and watches as Serika throws the trophy right into the mirror. It shatters and a glittering rain of shards descends on the floor.
