While Souma cheerfully wipes the blood off with his handkerchief, Taku remembers what he was told earlier.

Taku: "This must be Tenshou-senpai. Shiori told me about him. He transferred here two days ago."
Kei: "O-Oh..."
Taku (talking to Souma): "Anyway, should we take you to the infirmary?"
Souma: "Thank you for offering, but I know where it is. I've been there a dozen times already!"
Taku: "What? Why are you even here and not in the hospital if it's that bad...?"
