This is Hirai-senpai, completely oblivious about the trouble he's causing. Or that this poor android is loathing its existence right now.
Like with most things, people have pretty differing views about androids: There are those who treat them as friends, family or companions and those who simply view them as machines they can tinker around with to their heart's content. (And some more extreme examples of course, like people who view them all as a possible threat to humanity and want nothing to do with them or even try to destroy them.)
(...also, I probably should've written "do" instead of "make" tests, huh?)

Comic transcript
Kei still can't get up and the android doesn't move an inch, leaking some kind of strange stuff.
Kei: "Hey, um... what's that weird blue liquid on the floor?"
Taku: "Uh... one of them is starting to cry. We should get them off of you before they drench you in acidic tears."
Kei: "ACID!? Who would even build them like that!?"
Android Head 2: "Kiiilll... meeee..."
Android Head 1: "sob"
Kei: "Oh no, the acid burned a hole in the floor!!"
Taku: "Stay still, you're just making it worse."
While Taku tries to lift the android enough for Kei to escape, the monster's creator - Shoutarou Hirai, another senpai with short, red hair and goggles - finally notices what's going on and shows up at the scene.
Shoutarou: "Aha, there you are! You can't simply run away, you know!"
Android Head 2: "Oh no."
Android Head 1: "Why..."
Completely ignoring Taku and Kei, Shoutarou grabs the android and starts dragging it off.
Shoutarou: "C'mon, let's go back! We need to make many more tests today!"
